Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable Event Registration Agreement, Refund Policy, event details, booking confirmation, and any additional requirements provided for the specific event.

By completing an event registration or submitting payment, you agree to the policies and requirements that apply to that event.

Bookings and Private Services

Private lessons, coaching, consultations, and other individually scheduled services may require advance payment, a deposit, or confirmation before the booking is considered complete.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may vary by service and are subject to the terms provided at the time of booking and the applicable Refund Policy.

Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be processed through Wix Payments or other third-party payment providers made available by Soul Search Equine.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Soul Search Equine does not directly store complete payment card or bank account information when payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

Deposits are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing for the specific event, service, or booking.

Any remaining balance is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking or registration.

Products, Boutique, and Merchandise

Soul Search Equine may offer physical products, merchandise, apparel, printed goods, tack, or other items through the website.

Certain products are made through third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment providers. These products are manufactured, printed, packaged, and shipped directly by the third-party provider rather than by Soul Search Equine.

Product appearance, colors, sizing, placement, packaging, and other details may vary slightly from website images because of differences in screens, printing, manufacturing, and fulfillment processes.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing information, but minor variations may occur.

Print-on-Demand Orders

Print-on-demand products are produced after an order is placed.

Because these products are created and fulfilled by a third-party provider, production schedules, fulfillment times, shipping methods, and carrier availability are controlled in part by that provider.

Soul Search Equine does not personally manufacture, print, package, or ship print-on-demand products.

Any return, replacement, refund, or order issue involving a print-on-demand product is subject to the applicable Refund Policy and may also be affected by the fulfillment provider’s production and fulfillment policies.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, production schedule, and fulfillment provider.

Soul Search Equine is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, fulfillment providers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.

Participants who do not want their identifiable image or likeness used should follow the opt-out process described in the applicable agreement.

Lifemanship Coaching Disclaimer

Lifemanship coaching, personal-development discussions, and educational guidance provided by Wylene Wilson are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.

Wylene Wilson is not acting as a licensed physician, therapist, counselor, psychologist, or other medical or mental-health professional through these services.

Nothing on this website or provided through Soul Search Equine should be considered a substitute for appropriate professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Equine Activities

Horse-related activities involve inherent risks.

Participation in riding, handling, training, observing, or otherwise interacting with horses may be subject to additional waivers, releases, warnings, venue requirements, and state-specific equine liability laws.
